Online Application for Certificate of Good Conduct

• Application for Certificate of Good Conduct should be completed online.
• After completion, please download, print and sign the application before mailing it to the Kenyan Consulate in Los Angeles.
• Applications which are not filled online will be returned unprocessed.

Requirements:

Kenyan Citizens

1. A complete set of rolled and plain fingerprints taken at a local police station bearing an official stamp or taken before an Attorney and certified not photocopy or prints used in previous years.
2. Photocopy of Kenyan 2nd generation identity card if applicant is over 18 years of age.
3. If applicant is below 18 years old a certified copy of Birth Certificate.
4. An application letter.
5. The description of the applicant(download the Biographic details).
6. Money order/cashier’s check for $50.00 payable to CONSULATE GENERAL OF KENYA LOS ANGELES.
7. Self addressed certified stamped envelope with enough postage-FedEx, Express mail, Certified Mail, Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. (NB: UPS, Metered stamps and Regular mail are not acceptable).

Non Kenyan Citizens

1. A complete set of rolled and plain fingerprints which should be taken by local police official bearing an official stamp or before an Attorney and certified not photocopy or prints used in previous years.
2. 2 Passport pictures
3. Certified copy of passport.
4. Documentary prove of legal stay in Kenya.
5. An application letter.
6. The description of the applicant(download the Biographic details).
7. Money order/cashier’s check for $50.00 payable to CONSULATE GENERAL OF KENYA LOS ANGELES.
8. Self addressed certified stamped envelope with enough postage-FedEx, Express mail, Certified mail, priority mail with delivery confirmation. NB. UPS, Metered stamps and Regular mail are not acceptable.(NB: UPS, Metered stamps and Regular mail are not acceptable)

Take note that the official taking the fingerprints should also verify the identity of the individual by noting the details of the identification documents.
