For Existing Users

  1. Open your internet browser e.g. Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, etc.
  2. Go to e-Citizen Login Portal
  3. Enter your Password/User ID to log in
  4. Once logged in, scroll down the page to access your dashboard.
For New Users

The following is a guide on how to register and log into the Portal.
