NTSA in its various capacity continues to offer annual and termly payment methods or options for your convenience. 

Current NTSA payment methods available 

Today we would like to guide you on the various payment options and ways you can use them to make payments for services you seek from NTSA. Whether, physically at their offices or on their NTSA Tims portal online.

Options currently available are: –

M-pesa via the ntsa paybill number 206 206

To Pay your bill for a service to NTSA via MPESA. Follow the Steps Below. 

Once you receive a successful reply from M-pesa. Click the complete button below the requested service online on the portal.

1. Go to M-PESA on your phone
2. Select Pay Bill option
3. Enter Business no. 206206
4. Enter Account no. E.g QBZGBJN
5. Enter the Amount .E.g  KES 3050
6. Enter your M-PESA PIN and Send
7. You will receive a confirmation SMS from MPESA

Debit/Credit/Prepaid Card  with Visa or Mastercard

To Pay your bill for a service to NTSA via Your Visa or MasterCard. Select card type on tabs shown. 

Enter Your Card Details (i.e. Card number CVV being the last three digits indicated on the back of the card and card expiry date in month and year indicated at the front of your card) there below on spaces provided then click ‘Submit’

Kindly note: – the use of stolen cards is an offence punishable by law.

Airtel Money from Airtel Network  

To pay your bill for a service to NTSA via Airtel Money. Follow the Steps Below. 

Once you receive a successful reply from Airtel Money. Click the ‘Complete’ button shown there below on the application page for the service via the online portal.

1. Go to Airtel Money on your phone
2. Select Pay Bill option
3. Select Other
4. Enter Business Name. 206206
5. Enter the Amount Kes. E.g KES 3050
6. Enter your Airtel Money PIN and Send
7. Enter Account no. E.g QNXRZGBJN
8. You will receive a confirmation SMS from Airtel Money
9. Enter the Transaction code and Mobile Phone Number Below 
10. Ensure the details are correct Then Click ‘Complete’ 

EazzyPay, 

To pay your bill for a service to NTSA via Equitel. Follow the Steps Below. Once you receive a successful reply from Equitel. Click the ‘Complete’ button there below

Using Equitel

1. From your Equitel SIM Card, Select My Money
2. Select EazzyPay
3. Select Paybill
4. Select Account
5. Select Enter Business Number and type 206206
6. Enter Bill Account Number: e.g XRZGBJN
7. Enter Amount e.g KES 3050
8. Enter your Equitel PIN and send
9. You will receive a transaction confirmation SMS from Equitel
10. Click ‘Complete’ When Done

Using the Eazzy Banking App

1. Log in to your EazzyBanking App
2. Click on the fab icon (+) at the bottom right of the screen
3. Select EazzyPay
4. Select Paybill
5. Enter Paybill Number 206206
6. Enter Bill Account Number:e.g  XRZGBJN
7. Enter Amount e.g KES 3050
8. Confirm details and send
9. You will receive a transaction confirmation SMS on your registered line
10. Click ‘Complete’ When Done

Telkom T-Kash via NTSA Telkom-t-cash paybill number 206 206

To pay your bill for a service to NTSA via T-Kash. Follow the Steps Below. Once you receive a successful reply from T-Kash. Click the ‘Complete’ button below

USSD Option

1. Customer dials *160#
2. Select selects Pay Bill (Option 2) 
3. Select Enter Biller No. (Option 1)
4. Enter Biller Number 206206
5. Enter the Invoice Number:e.g  QZXRZGBJN
6. Enter Amount e.g KES 3050
7. Enter the amount to be paid
8. Confirm Transaction Details
9. Enter T-kash PIN to complete payment
10. Click ‘Complete’ When Done

SimTool Kit Option

1. Open the Sim Toolkit on the phone Menu
2. Select the T-kash option
3. Select the Pay Bill Option
4. Select Enter Bill Number Option
5. Enter the Biller Number 206206
6. Enter the Invoice Number: e.g XRZGBJN
7. Enter Amount e.g KES 3050
8. Confirm Transaction Details
9. Enter T-kash PIN to complete payment
10. Click ‘Complete’ When Done

E-Agent

To Pay your bill for a service to NTSA via E-Agent. 

Enter the agents Credentials (email and password) then Click the ‘Complete’ button there below.

KCB Cash

To Pay your bill for a service to NTSA via KCB Bank Cash Deposit. Follow the Steps Below. 

1. Visit KCB Branch or KCB Mtaani agent
2. Ask to make E-Citizen cash payment
3. Bill Reference Number: e.g XRZGBJN
4. Indicate amount payale e.g  KES 3050
5. Once you have made the deposit. Click complete

 Equity Cash 

To Pay your bill for a service to NTSA via Equity Bank Cash Deposit. Follow the Steps Below. 

1. Visit Equity Branch
2. Ask to make E-Citizen Cash Payment
3. Bill Reference Number:e.g  QLXRZGBJN
4. Amount e.g  KES 3050
5. Teller process the payment and gives customer transaction receipt
6. Once You have Made the deposit. Click complete

and Pesalink via the NTSA Phone number 206 206

To Pay your bill for a service to NTSA via Pesalink.  Follow the Steps Below. Once you receive a successful reply on your transfer for payment to NTSA. Click the ‘Complete’ button below.

Kindly note that the Pesalink service is currently available for Prime bank, Credit Bank, DTB and BOA. Other banks are planned to be available on the platform soon.

1. Log in to your Bank App or USSD
2. Select Pesalink
3. Go to “Send to Phone” option
4. Type 206206 as the phone number. 
5. Select Bank
6. Enter the Amount Ksh. E.g KES 3050
7. Reason for payment enter : e.g QZRGBJN
8. Complete the transaction
9. You will receive an SMS confirmation from Pesalink (if your number is linked) and also from your bank.

NON-REVERSIBLE NTSA PAYMENTS

 Note that payment once made is non-refundable. 
Further to avoid any inconveniences when making the payments for a service, please note that you should not underpay or overpay the indicated amount.
